R: Um Why do you think it is that it is important for people to be ‘in
the moment’ or practice meditation or like bowing(Meditation).
TH: It is the only thing you have. The future is over here (motions
off camera) and it doesn’t actually exist, you know and the past is
over here, and it doesn’t exist any more, both things are you know
projections of your mind, and this is...(makes a general motion) What you know, your living
experience is alive. It’s not some idea that you have, it’s real, and
in that there's no fear, there is also no hope, it’s just this nice
space to live in. The more you can engage in that and appear in this
moment, the more you can help the people around you and live a life
that is ore clear for yourself and you have a maybe stronger
direction.
